Most property work fails not because a trade cannot do the job, but because nobody owns the process. Property Task Masters exists to own it.
Property Task Masters was created out of hands-on real estate experience — walking vacant units, writing make-ready lists, chasing vendors, and watching income get lost to days of avoidable vacancy. The pattern was always the same: the tasks were not complicated, but the coordination was.
So we built the company around coordination. One request comes in. We review it, ask the questions that matter, scope the work honestly, assign the right crew or partner, monitor the job, and report back. Owners, landlords, investors, managers, and agents deal with one accountable contact instead of a spreadsheet of phone numbers.
Because our background is in real estate rather than a single trade, we understand what the work is actually for: getting a property clean, safe, functional, marketable, and back to producing income or holding its value.

We receive the request, scope the work, schedule an approved vendor, monitor completion, and communicate with you throughout.
Referral Partner Services
For licensed or specialized work, you are connected with an appropriate professional. The contract may be directly between the owner and the provider.
