How it works
1. Submit your information
Tell us your trades, service area, licensing, insurance, and availability.
2. Verification
We review licensing, insurance, workers' compensation status, and references. Additional documentation may be requested.
3. Opportunities
When a request matches your trade and service area, we contact you with a defined scope, location, and timing.
4. Complete and get paid
Perform the work, document it with before-and-after photos, and invoice against the approved scope.

- • Current licensing for any work requiring a license in the jurisdiction served.
- • General liability insurance, and workers' compensation where applicable.
- • Timely written estimates and clear communication on scheduling.
- • Before-and-after photo documentation on completed work.
- • Professional conduct at occupied and vacant properties.
